Easy Crockpot Chicken and Pretzel Sandwich

This was a super easy crockpot recipe that I highly recommend for all of you busy Mom's! Even a toddler will approve of these ingredients - Even if you separate it all. Make whatever adjustments you'd like, but here it goes!

Crockpot - Add 1-2 pounds of chicken, about 3 Tablespoons of butter, and a package of your preference of ranch dressing mix. Cook on low for about 5 hours until chicken is shreddable.

Prefer a homemade ranch mix? Find a recipe here.

To make the sandwiches (What I used):

  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese (More if you need for more mouths!)
  • 4 Pretzel Buns (You can use regular buns, but if you can find these at your local store - It makes a delicious difference)
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Lettuce, Onion, Tomato and other fixings you like on your sandwich.

Stack it up! Pretzel bun, shredded chicken, all your favorite fixings!

Enjoy! Shredded chicken makes excellent leftovers - Especially for those little fingers needing some protein.
