An item may be returned if it is sent back:
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- Has original tags and packaging
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair - any damage
- Returned within 30 days of delivery to your door. Not accepted after 30 days.
- Within USA or Canada
Exchanges:
- We cover the shipping fee associated with shipping your new requested pair.
- Once exchanged items arrive at our warehouse, they'll be processed within 5-7 business days.

ReDo App
- Opting in for ReDo at checkout includes a return shipping label with your order, allowing you to return any item(s) for an exchange, refund (excluding initial shipping cost), or store credit at no additional charge.
- If you choose not to opt-in for ReDo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- All returns must comply with our Return Policy guidelines.
- Please note, free returns through the ReDo App do not apply to clearance items.
Clearance
- All clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.
- If your order consists solely of clearance items, ensure you uncheck the ReDo opt-in option.
Other Info:
- Our amazing returns center reviews all incoming items. If we receive an item that does not meet our return requirements, your item will not be accepted. If this occurs, you will get an email letting you know that your return has not been accepted. No refund will be given. No exceptions will be made. Customer will be responsible to have the item shipped back to them.
- We do not have voice phone call services at this time.
- All International Sales are FINAL SALE (excludes Canada).

- All items are ready to ship from my warehouse in Portland, Oregon off of Broadway Street (unless otherwise notated on my site on an individual product aka pre-sale)
- Local pickup can be arranged
- We aim to ship out within 5 business days (excluding holidays), but please note I am a small shop so if there was a recent launch or sale - Things can get slightly backed up.
- All orders include tracking
- Priority shipping is no longer offered
General Order Info
- Same day cancellation, or modification requests are not guaranteed.
- Duplicate purchases placed by customer is the responsibility of the customer, as these are ready to ship items and orders are filled quickly by a third party processing center.
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone believed to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct delivery address is entered upon placing the order.
- All International Orders are final sale.
Defective Items
All of Little Love Bug’s items are handmade. Although rare, there is a chance of a defect. In that case, please reach out within 14 business days. Please note the fulfillment center is instructed to only swap out like for like item (not a different shoe, size or color). Also note that item defects are considered to be visible upon arrival (not after 2 months of use or family pet using for a chew toy). Please follow the returns instructions page.
