  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging (that cute little dust bag you get your shoes in).
  • Items returned must not be worn, altered or damaged.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to you.
    • Returns on items received after 30 days of delivery are accepted at our discretion.
  • We cannot process international exchanges.
  • Returns & exchanges are free (no re-stocking fee), you just pay to ship it back to us.
  • For exchanges, we'll cover the shipping fee back out to you.
  • Once returns and exchanges arrive at our warehouse, they'll be processed in 3-5 days



  • Same day cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Duplicate purchases placed by customer is the responsibility of the customer, as these are ready to ship items and orders are filled quickly.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone believed to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct delivery address is entered upon placing the order. While Little Love Bug always does everything we can to help customers out, we cannot guarantee address changes (or shoe size changes) as most orders are processed and shipped quickly through a third party.
  • Please double check the address entered, as we are not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address or for a change of mind of shoe size/design after placing an order.



Ahhhhh! They don't fit! How do I exchange?!

No problem. As long as they haven't been worn, altered, or damaged and are post marked to be returned within 30 days of being delivered and you have the original packaging (that cute little dust bag you get your shoes in) - Head to the exchange or return center here.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (we had too many people taking advantage of free shipping), BUT we made it simple and easy to purchase a discounted rate return label here. Please make sure you have a printer to use to print the label AND know it takes about 24 hours for us to get that in to your in-box. This is a cheaper and contact-less way to pay for your return postage. 

* Please note: The fulfillment center reviews all incoming items requesting an exchange or return. If we receive an item that shows wear, damage, or alterations, your items will not be accepted. If this occurs, you will get an e-mail letting you know that your return has not been accepted. No refund will be given. No exceptions will be made.


You'll love Little Love Bug’s lineup of girl and boy soft sole shoes – If you don’t love them – Ship them back for your money back of any unworn items or exchange them for something different. Customer service is important to us and we are happy to take care of an exchange or refund for any unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery.

As a small business we cannot accept anything beyond 30 days of delivery. As a provider of small batch items - Often sizing and designs are limited - Causing us to restock items that have been removed from Little Love Bug’s website. Exchanges and returns cost quite a bit, so it gets confusing and costly. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but no exceptions will be made. If shoes are too small or too big - Don't wait! We get requests 6 months past a purchase. We know first had, as Moms, things get hectic, but we can no longer make exceptions.*


EXCHANGE: Once we receive your shoes they will be processed within 3-5 day. We then will ship out your new shoes (on us).

*Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake.

RETURNS: We are so sorry they didn’t work out for you! You will be refunded for your order (less original shipping) as soon as we receive your returned shoes. You will be fully refunded for the shoes returned (i.e. not the initial shipping cost, as it has already been used to ship to your door).

ITEM DEFECT: All of Little Love Bug’s items are handmade. Although rare, there is a chance of a defect. In that case, please reach out within 14 business days. We are more than happy to get you a new pair, along with a prepaid label to return the defected shoes. Please note the fulfillment center is instructed to only swap out like for like item (not a different shoe, size or color). Also note that item defects are considered to be visible upon arrival (not after 2 months of use or family pet using for a chew toy). My store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products to you. 
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.
