All items are ready to ship from our Portland, Oregon warehouse (right off Broadway Street) — unless otherwise noted as a pre-sale item on the product page.

We aim to ship within 5 business days (excluding holidays). Please keep in mind that we’re a small, mom-run shop, so during big launches or sales, processing times may take a little longer — thank you for your patience and support!
All orders include tracking for peace of mind.
Priority shipping is no longer offered.
Each pair arrives in a cotton dust bag — perfect for gifting or keeping as a sweet little keepsake.

If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as your items meet these conditions:
- Unworn and unaltered
- Include original tags and packaging
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage
- Returned within 30 days of delivery (not accepted after 30 days)
- Applies to orders shipped within the U.S. or Canada
🔄 Exchanges
- We’ve got your shipping covered! When you opt into our partnered vendor ReDo (details below), we’ll take care of the return shipping for your new pair.
- Once your exchange is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Opting into ReDo at checkout adds a return shipping label to your order, making it simple to:
- Exchange items, Request a refund (minus original shipping), Receive store credit
If you choose not to opt-in, you can still return your items — you’ll just be responsible for return shipping costs per our return policy.
