FINANCE + OPERATIONS
Zeldine Safarik
The calm, strategic brain helping keep Little Love Bug moving behind the scenes.
Zeldine brings more than 13 years of finance and operations experience, including leadership roles within major divisions at L’Oréal. At Little Love Bug, she oversees the numbers, inventory planning, forecasting and the operational details that keep everything running smoothly.
Translation? She helps make sure we have enough shoes when you want them — without filling the warehouse with approximately eleven million pairs. 😂
Turning big ideas, spreadsheets and a little bit of chaos into an actual plan.
Zeldine is also a mom of four, so multitasking is basically part of her DNA. We’re incredibly lucky to have her keeping us focused, growing thoughtfully and making sure the numbers actually add up.

Hollie Wallis
The friendly human behind so many of your sizing questions, order emails and “help, which pair do I need?” moments.
Hollie has been part of the Little Love Bug family for years and now leads customer service — helping families with sizing, orders, returns and all the little questions that pop up along the way.
She brings patience, kindness and the kind of calm you really appreciate when you’re trying to figure out shoes for a tiny human. 😂

Hollie is originally from Australia, is a mom of three and loves travel, Disneyland and adventures with her family.

Tiffani Hamilton
The relationship-builder helping bring Little Love Bug into more shops, more communities, and more little closets.
Tiffani leads wholesale at Little Love Bug, working directly with boutiques and retail partners who want to bring our shoes to their own customers.
She’s all about building real relationships, making wholesale feel easy, and helping our retail partners find the styles and collections that make the most sense for their stores.
Making business feel personal — and turning wholesale partners into part of the Little Love Bug family.
Tiffani lives in Georgia with her husband and two kids, so she knows firsthand that life with little ones is equal parts sweet, busy, and beautifully chaotic.

Janet Ortiz
The person helping make sure your Little Love Bugs leave the warehouse and head to the right family.
Janet manages fulfillment for Little Love Bug and has been working with Leslie since 2018. She helps oversee the day-to-day movement of orders, shipping and all the little details that have to go right before a package ever lands on your doorstep.
She’s dependable, thoughtful and exactly the kind of person you want behind the scenes when thousands of tiny shoes are coming and going. 😂

Janet was born and raised in Durango, Mexico, now lives in Oregon, and is a proud mom of two sons.

Allison helps bring the Little Love Bug brand to life — from photographing new styles and coordinating product drops to creating content that helps families see how the shoes actually look, feel and fit into real life.
She has a gift for making tiny shoes look ridiculously cute, which, around here, is a pretty important job. 😂

Allison lives in the South with her husband and four kids, so her days are a mix of family, sports, school, creativity and plenty of beautiful chaos.
