Hi everyone! I'm Abby, and I handle all things numbers-related for Little Love Bug. Leslie and I go back to 2010 when we were both living in Colorado, long before kids entered the picture. Fast forward to today—I'm in Texas with my husband and our three little ones, Carter, Tinley, and Olivia (our "caboose"), while Leslie is up in Portland. Despite the miles and time zones between us, our friendship remains strong.

When Leslie shared her vision for Little Love Bug in 2016, I jumped on board to manage the finances while she tackled the fun and creative side of the business. It's been such a joy to watch her brand grow and thrive over the years, and I'm so proud to be part of this journey!

Customer Service

Hi, I’m Hollie! I currently live in Ohio, but my dream is to settle down in Southern California—it reminds me of home since I’m originally from Australia. I’m a single mom to three amazing kids: Hunter, who’s 19 and away at college; Roman, who’s 16 and about to get his driver’s license; and Winter, the baby of the family. These days, the boys are way too “cool” to hang out with us, so it’s usually just Winter and me on our adventures.

We’re proud annual pass holders at Disneyland, and I’m hoping to start traveling the world in the next couple of years. I’ve been part of the Little Love Bug family for over three years, and I currently manage customer service. I love connecting with our amazing customers and being part of such a special team!

Hi everyone! I’m Tiffani, and I live in Hoschton, GA, with my husband and our two wonderful children, ages 5 and 1. As the Wholesale Account Manager for Little Love Bug, I absolutely love building personal relationships with our amazing customers and helping bring our products to even more families.

Warehouse Manager

Hi, I’m Janet, the Fulfillment Center Manager for Little Love Bug. I was born and raised in Durango, Mexico, and while I love living in Oregon, I often find myself missing the sunny days back home. I’m also a proud mom to two wonderful young men, ages 20 and 16.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Leslie since 2018, managing the shipping of all the shoes, and I truly enjoy being part of the Little Love Bug team. Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your family’s journey!

Hi, I’m Shelby! I have the pleasure of managing the Little Love Bug Group Page, BST Page, and Rep Team. I was born and raised in central Florida, married my high school sweetheart in 2009, and together we’ve lived in Okinawa, Oregon, and North Carolina before finally planting roots in Georgia with our two amazing children.

As a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom, I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the Little Love Bug team. I get to work alongside an incredible group of women, help parents and caregivers find the best (and cutest!) shoes for their little ones, and build connections with our wonderful LLB community. It truly feels like a dream come true!

Hi, I’m Allison Conklin! I’m from Georgia and a proud mom of four kids, ages 1, 4, 14, and 16. I’ve been married for nine years, and our days are often spent bouncing between school, church, sports, and everything in between!

I’m one of the photographers for the Little Love Bug team, and I absolutely love being part of this amazing company. It’s such a joy to connect with all of you and contribute to something so special!

Ok, ok. There's two men on our team. We had to balance it out a little bit. Tyran has been with Little Love Bug since 2020 and brought his twin brother aboard in 2023 when he officially launched his company; AdCognito. Tyran handles many things, but specializes as our online marketing specialist, creating and managing targeted ad campaigns in the digital space to boost our brand’s reach, connect with our customers, and drive digital commercialization. There's a high chance that he is the reason you've discovered us and has proven to be a huge asset to our team!

Dylan, our data analyst at Little Love Bug, gathers and examines data from all platforms. He helps us make informed decisions that improve our products, reach, and customer experience through live dashboards that he continuously builds for us.

We love that thier marketing company continues to grow, as long as it doesn't mean they leave us in the dust!

Finance And Operations

Meet Zeldine, our behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps Little Love Bug running like a well-oiled machine. With over 13 years of experience in the cosmetics industry — including time spent managing finances and operations for two major divisions at L’Oréal — she brings an incredible mix of strategy, precision, and calm to our team.

Here at Little Love Bug, Zeldine leads all things inventory and forecasting — which, if you’ve ever tried to guess how many tiny pairs of shoes to make in a season, you know is no small task! Her insight and attention to detail have been absolutely crucial to keeping our shelves stocked (but not overstocked) and ensuring we can keep up with demand as our community grows.

As a mom of four, she’s a pro at multitasking, managing chaos, and somehow wrangling our founder Leslie into focus — a true superpower in itself (especially since ADHD tends to have Leslie going in a million different directions). Thanks to Zeldine, we get to stay centered on what we do best — creating shoes that let kids grow wild and free — while she makes sure every forecast, shelf of shoes, and spreadsheet adds up just right.
