Product Variations (Not Defects)
Color Variations
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting. Minor color differences are normal and are not considered valid reasons for a return or claim.
Sizing Concerns
Fit can vary based on natural differences in foot shape. Our size charts are based on precise mold measurements for each style and size. If you believe you received the incorrect size, please contact us and we’ll help verify sizing.
Leather Characteristics
We use genuine top-grain leather, which naturally varies from hide to hide. Your shoes may feature subtle markings such as healed scratches, wrinkles, insect bites, or variations in grain and color. These characteristics are signs of authenticity and are not considered defects.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Clearance items (prices ending in .95)
- Warehouse Sale items
- International orders (excluding Canada)
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unaltered
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Apply to orders shipped within the USA or Canada
- Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
- When you opt into our partnered vendor Redo at checkout, return shipping for exchanges is covered.
- Once exchanged items are received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Each order must be returned separately using its unique QR code. Using one QR code for multiple orders will prevent processing.
REDO RETURNS
- Opting into Redo at checkout includes a prepaid return label, allowing you to:
Exchange items
Receive a refund (excluding original shipping costs)
Receive store credit - If you choose not to opt into Redo, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Free returns via Redo do not apply to clearance items.
- If your order contains only clearance items, please ensure the Redo option is unchecked at checkout.
CLEARANCE
All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
- Items that do not meet return requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
- No refunds will be issued for rejected returns, and no exceptions can be made.
- We are a small, mom-run business and do not offer phone support.
- All international sales are final (excluding Canada).

Shipping Info
Free shipping on orders $75+ (USA only).
All items are ready to ship from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon (unless otherwise noted on an individual product listing, such as pre-sale items).
Local pickup may be arranged.
We aim to ship orders within 5 business days (excluding holidays). During major launches or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
All orders include tracking. Priority shipping is not offered.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Little Love Bug is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. We recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package or opting into shipping insurance when available (via ReDo).
General Order Information
Same-day cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed, as orders are processed quickly through a third-party fulfillment center.
Duplicate orders placed by a customer are the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Orders placed by resellers or bulk purchasers are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. All international orders are final sale.
Returned or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers may choose to pay reshipment fees or receive a refund for the item cost minus original shipping.
Defective Items
All of Little Love Bug’s items are handmade. Although rare, there is a chance of a defect. In that case, please reach out within 14 business days. Please note the fulfillment center is instructed to only swap out like for like item (not a different shoe, size or color). Also note that item defects are considered to be visible upon arrival (not after 2 months of use or family pet using for a chew toy). Please follow the returns instructions page.

Price Match Policy
We’re a small, mom-run shop with limited stock, and fairness for all our customers is our priority. To honor everyone’s support, we don’t adjust prices after purchase if items go on sale. This policy helps us manage inventory effectively and ensures the best selection is available for everyone.
