We are so disappointed in our experience this time around. The tracking showed they didn’t ship for almost 2 weeks and then got stuck and delayed at the next place. Once they said they were delivered it was 15 days after we placed the order and we still haven’t received the shoes nor have we heard back about a refund or another shipment to replace the ones we wanted. We ordered the same shoe from another store because this website was out of the color we wanted for our other daughter and hers arrived about two weeks ago. It’s been a really sad experience. Not really sure what to say because we love this shoe and our twin who hasn’t gotten hers yet has been so sad waiting patiently for us to arrive home to a package that never came.
