I’ve bought many pairs of shoes from this company and always ordered the same size with no issue. This time I ordered a size 6, but they fit exactly like a size 5 in their other shoes. Unfortunately, the sizing is inconsistent, which is disappointing. On top of that, you have to pay for return shipping, which makes it even more frustrating. I’ve loved their shoes in the past, but I wish the sizing was more reliable and the return process more customer-friendly.
