We don't recommend sizing up just to grow into them. An overly loose fit can change how the shoe moves with your child's foot.

For the best fit, measure before ordering and remeasure regularly as little feet grow quickly.

In-stock items are ready to ship from our Portland, Oregon warehouse unless the product is marked as a pre-order.

We aim to ship within 5 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Local pickup is available upon request.

We're a small, mom-run business. During major launches, processing may take a little longer — and we appreciate your support.

Each full-price pair arrives in a cotton dust bag.

Returns & Exchanges

Easy 30-day returns on full-price pairs. Changed your mind or need another size? Send them back within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned in their original packaging, free of stains, odors, animal hair or damage.

Store Credit — $2.95 Return shipping label included. Store credit never expires.
Exchange — $8.95 Return label included. Swap for another eligible size or style.
Refund — $9.95 Return label and restocking fee included.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Discounted pairs are final. Pairs priced at $24.95 or $34.95 can't be returned, exchanged, or swapped for store credit.
