While they add a stylish touch, their practical use is limited to aesthetics.

For enhanced safety, the eyelet seen in some photos of (example: The Quinns) has been intentionally removed to prevent potential snagging.

All items are ready to ship from our Portland, Oregon warehouse (right off Broadway Street) — unless otherwise noted as a pre-sale item on the product page.

Local pickup is available upon request.

We aim to ship within 5 business days (excluding holidays). Please keep in mind that we’re a small, mom-run shop, so during big launches or sales, processing times may take a little longer — thank you for your patience and support!

All orders include tracking for peace of mind.

Priority shipping is no longer offered.

Each pair arrives in a cotton dust bag — perfect for gifting or keeping as a sweet little keepsake.

If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as your items meet these conditions:

• Unworn and unaltered
  
• Include original tags and packaging
  
• Free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage
  
• Returned within 30 days of delivery (not accepted after 30 days)
  
• Applies to orders shipped within the U.S. or Canada

Exchanges

• We’ve got your shipping covered! When you opt into our partnered vendor ReDo (details below), we’ll take care of the return shipping for your new pair.
  
• Once your exchange is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
