Items not meeting requirements will be rejected and returned at your expense with no refund issued.

What's not a defect

Color variations

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings. Minor differences are normal and not defects.

Sizing

Fit varies by foot shape. If you think you received the wrong size, contact us and we'll verify.

Leather characteristics

Genuine top-grain leather varies hide to hide. Scratches, wrinkles, or grain variations are authenticity marks — not defects.

Shipping Info

Free shipping on orders $75+ (USA only).

All items are ready to ship from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon (unless otherwise noted on an individual product listing, such as pre-sale items).

Local pickup may be arranged.

We aim to ship orders within 5 business days (excluding holidays). During major launches or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

All orders include tracking. Priority shipping is not offered.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Little Love Bug is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

General Order Information

Same-day cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed, as orders are processed quickly through a third-party fulfillment center.

Duplicate orders placed by a customer are the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Orders placed by resellers or bulk purchasers are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. All international orders are final sale.

Returned or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers may choose to pay reshipment fees or receive a refund for the item cost minus original shipping.

Defective Items

All of Little Love Bug's items are handmade. Although rare, there is a chance of a defect. In that case, please reach out within 14 business days. Please note the fulfillment center is instructed to only swap out like for like item (not a different shoe, size or color). Also note that item defects are considered to be visible upon arrival (not after 2 months of use or family pet using for a chew toy).

We're a small, mom-run shop with limited stock, and fairness for all our customers is our priority. To honor everyone's support, we don't adjust prices after purchase if items go on sale. Once your order is confirmed, the price is set. Thank you for supporting our small business!
