I started Little Love Bug because I couldn't find shoes I actually wanted my own kids growing up in.
I wanted shoes that gave little feet room to grow and move naturally — without sacrificing the cute. So I made them.

Which Little Love Bug shoe should I start with? +
It depends on your child. For brand-new walkers, we usually recommend starting with one of our lightweight, flexible first-walker styles. For kids who are especially hard on shoes, Play Perfect adds more protection for everyday adventures.

What makes Little Love Bug shoes different? +
Our shoes are designed around the shape and movement of growing feet. That means roomy toe boxes, flat zero-drop construction and flexible soles rather than narrow, stiff or heavily structured designs.
Which sole should I choose? +
Choose based on how your child uses their shoes. Our softer, lightweight options prioritize flexibility and natural movement. Play Perfect styles add a higher-wrap silicone sole for children who tend to scrape, drag or put more wear on their shoes.

Little Love Bug shoes are designed with wider, foot-shaped toe boxes so toes have more room to spread. Fit can still vary by style and foot shape, so measuring before ordering is the best way to choose.
How do I know which size to order? +
Measure both feet while your child is standing and use the larger measurement when comparing it with our size guide. We recommend sizing from actual foot measurements rather than age or another brand's size.

Some styles may accommodate certain SMOs, AFOs or orthotics depending on the device and your child's foot. Fit is individual, so we recommend comparing measurements carefully and shopping our dedicated options.
SHOP SMO + ORTHOTIC OPTIONS →How do I clean them? +
For everyday dirt, gently wipe with a damp cloth. For tougher messes, use mild soap and water and allow the shoes to air dry. Avoid harsh cleaners and high heat.
What if the size doesn't work? +
Kids' sizing online can be tricky. Eligible orders can be returned within our return window, so you can find the pair and fit that works best for your child.
